Professional Sports Marketing owns and operates
two of the most successful teams in Minor
League Baseball.
With
a simple mission based upon providing family
fun entertainment and positively outrageous
customer service at a fair price, both the
Lansing Lugnuts and Montgomery Biscuits
have broken attendance records and become
two of the most recognizable and respected
teams in Minor League Baseball.
PSM
purchased the Waterloo Diamonds in 1993.
The team played as the Springfield Sultans
in 1994-95 before making a final move to
Lansing and switching to its current moniker.
In 1996, the Lugnuts smashed the existing
Class-A attendance record and had the top-selling
merchandise in the minors.
The
Biscuits were formerly the Orlando Rays,
purchased by PSM after the 2003 season.
Each of their three seasons, the Biscuits
have finished second in attendance in the
Southern League, behind only teams with
much larger markets. In 2004, the Biscuits
were the #2-selling merchandise in the minors.
In
a 2004
poll conducted by USA Today, the Lugnuts
and Biscuits were declared to be the #1
and #2 brands in Minor League Baseball.
