Professional Sports Catering, LLC is a food service company specializing in concessions and catering operations at minor league baseball stadiums across the country.  Beginning in April 2007, PSC will provide high quality and unique food products and outstanding customer service to patrons of the Great Lakes Loons, single-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers.  The Loons will take the field at Dow Diamond, a brand new 5,000+ capacity ballpark in Midland, MI.
